Special Volunteer Needs

The Alexandria/Arlington CASA Program is in need of Bilingual Hispanic Volunteers and African American Volunteers to advocate on behalf of Hispanic and African American children who are caught up in the complex court system.

The program also often needs Male Volunteers. As children make their way through the court system, some without fathers involved, male CASA volunteers can be valuable role models. When fathers are involved, male volunteers can be role models for them as well, providing encouragement to comply with the courts and helping them find and connect with resources.
