Support for Immigrant Parents
Parenting can be an incredibly difficult job. It’s very emotional. It can be physically challenging. Just feeding, clothing and scheduling your children can seem overwhelming at times! Now imagine having to do all of that in a new country. Where many don’t speak your language. Where few–if any–of your family and friends are there to support you.
Parents who have immigrated to the United States face a special set of challenges as they raise their children in our diverse communities.
